Overview Join our dynamic team as a Landscaper/Groundskeeper and play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and health of outdoor spaces. You'll be responsible for ensuring that lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas are lush, healthy, and visually appealing, contributing to the overall aesthetic and safety of our properties. Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine. Operate power tools such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment safely and efficiently. Install and repair irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of lawns and gardens. Conduct gardening activities like planting new greenery, mulching beds, fertilizing plants, and removing weeds. Maintain landscape features by applying horticultural practices that promote plant health and growth. Assist with seasonal clean-up projects such as leaf removal, debris clearing, and preparing landscapes for different weather conditions. Use hand tools for detailed gardening tasks and perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Requirements Prior experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is valued. Knowledge of irrigation systems, lawn care techniques, horticulture principles, and landscaping best practices. Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely while adhering to safety protocols. Physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions; ability to stand, walk, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform manual labor throughout the day. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to landscape care and maintenance. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration on projects.
