Duties Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and edging to keep outdoor areas pristine and healthy Operate hand tools and power tools safely for planting, planting bed preparation, and landscape installation Install hardscape features such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other decorative elements to enhance outdoor aesthetics Conduct lawn care activities like aeration, fertilization, overseeding, and weed control to promote lush greenery Maintain trees through pruning, trimming, and health assessments while ensuring safety standards are met during tree care operations Assist with irrigation system installation and repairs to ensure efficient watering of landscapes Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe for visitors Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and tools including excavators, lawnmowers, trimmers, and hand tools Extensive experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices Ability to operate power tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor conditions Knowledge of irrigation systems installation and troubleshooting techniques Familiarity with construction principles related to hardscape projects and site preparation Understanding of tree care techniques such as trimming, pruning, and health assessment Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive approach to safety standards in outdoor work environments Embark on a rewarding journey where your craftsmanship transforms outdoor spaces into vibrant retreats!
