We're looking for dependable and hardworking Maintenance Crew Technicians to join our team and help us continue delivering excellent results. Position Summary As a Maintenance Crew Technician, you will assist in maintaining residential and commercial properties through landscape maintenance services including pruning, mulching, weed control, plant installation, pressure washing, seasonal cleanups, and property detailing. This role requires attention to detail, strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and is motivated to learn and grow within the company. Key Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance services including pruning, mulching, weed removal, plant installation, and seasonal cleanups Assist with pressure washing and soft washing services as needed Maintain flower beds, shrubs, and landscaped areas to company standards Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and with attention to detail Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate commercial landscaping equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools Perform basic equipment checks before and after use including fuel, oil, and cleanliness inspections Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment promptly to crew leadership Assist with keeping trucks, trailers, and tools clean and organized Team Support & Communication Work closely with Crew Leaders and team members to complete daily routes efficiently Arrive in uniform, prepared to work, and maintain a positive attitude throughout the day Follow directions carefully and assist team members wherever needed Represent the company professionally on customer properties Safety & Site Care Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE Stay aware of surroundings including people, pets, vehicles, and obstacles Leave every property clean, safe, and free of debris or damage Qualifications & Skills Previous landscaping, lawn care, or groundskeeping experience preferred but not required Ability to safely operate or learn commercial landscaping equipment Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Good attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to take direction and work well with others Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Ability to walk, bend, stand, and perform physical labor for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, rain, and changing seasonal conditions What We Offer Competitive pay + performance bonuses Reliable full-time hours during the season Opportunities for advancement within the company Paid training and skill development Friendly, supportive team environment Professional equipment and uniforms provided How to Apply Interested candidates can apply by:
