Position Summary As a Mowing Crew Lead , you will oversee a small team (2-4 crew members) and ensure that daily lawn maintenance routes are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. An ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and experience in lawn care or landscaping. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a lawn care crew on daily routes Perform lawn maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and seasonal services Operate and maintain commercial lawn equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.) Train new crew members and ensure safety protocols are followed Communicate with customers professionally and address concerns on-site Track job completion times, materials used, and equipment condition Ensure properties are serviced accurately and efficiently Maintain clean and organized work trucks, trailers, and tools Qualifications & Skills 1-2+ years of experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping Previous experience in a leadership or crew lead role preferred Ability to operate commercial lawn care equipment safely Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to walk, stand, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods Comfortable working in heat, cold, or outdoor environments What We Offer Competitive pay + performance bonuses Opportunities for advancement within the company Overtime available during peak season Paid training and certifications Friendly, supportive team environment Uniforms and equipment provided How to Apply Interested candidates can apply by:
