Position Summary As a Lawn Mowing Crew Technician, you will work alongside a professional mowing crew to maintain residential and commercial properties to company standards. This role involves mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and assisting with daily lawn maintenance operations. An ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and works well in a team environment. Key ResponsibilitiesLawn Maintenance Services Perform mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing services on assigned properties Follow property instructions, mowing patterns, and height settings Inspect completed work to ensure quality and attention to detail Assist with seasonal lawn maintenance services as needed Equipment Operation & Maintenance Operate commercial lawn equipment including zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers Perform daily equipment checks including fuel, cleanliness, and blade inspections Report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to crew leadership promptly Help maintain clean and organized trucks, trailers, and tools Team Support & Communication Work closely with Crew Leaders and team members to complete routes efficiently Assist with loading and unloading equipment daily Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance on job sites Communicate respectfully with coworkers and customers when needed Safety & Site Care Follow all company safety procedures and wear required PPE Stay aware of surroundings including people, pets, vehicles, and obstacles Leave every property clean, professional, and free of debris Qualifications & Skills Previous lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping experience preferred but not required Ability to safely operate or learn commercial lawn equipment Strong work ethic and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Good attention to detail and pride in quality work Valid driver's license Physical Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Ability to walk, bend, stand, and perform physical labor for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and changing weather conditions What We Offer Competitive pay + performance bonuses Reliable full-time hours during the season Opportunities for advancement within the company Paid training and skill development Friendly, supportive team environment Professional equipment and uniforms provided How to Apply Interested candidates can apply by:
