Golf Course Maintenance Crew Member - Brandermill Country Club

Overview We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic crew members to join the Brandermill Country Club - Golf Course Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a positive attitude, and a strong commitment to team work. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, gardening, irrigation, turf management, and general landscape maintenance. If you enjoy working with your hands and have an eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging various areas of the golf course. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various projects. Assist in irrigation system installation and maintenance to ensure proper water distribution. Participate in gardening activities such as planting, weeding, mulching, and spreading pine needles. Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment after each job. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and to high standards. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and handling materials. Requirements Previous golf course experience is preferred but not required. Reliable transportation to and from work. Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions. Willingness to learn new skills related to irrigation and landscape maintenance. A positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment.
