No experience is required—we will train the right candidate with paid, on-the-job training. In this position, you will be responsible for safely operating company vehicles, trailers, and equipment while assisting with a variety of landscaping, lawn care, and outdoor maintenance tasks. Candidates must have a valid driver's license, an excellent driving record, and be prepared to provide a driving record at the time of interview. Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a willingness to develop skills in horticulture and landscape maintenance are essential for success in this role. Responsibilities Safely operate trucks with trailers to transport materials in order to complete landscaping projects Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, tree trimming, shrubbery pruning, and planting Use hand tools and power equipment for lawn care, gardening Perform snow plowing/shoveling during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and team members Support tree care activities including planting, trimming, removal Maintain equipment by conducting routine inspections, cleaning, and basic repairs as needed Collaborate with team members on project planning, site preparation, and ongoing maintenance efforts Skills Mechanical knowledge with the ability to operate various landscaping machinery Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices are a plus but not a must Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, irrigation systems Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming, pruning, and removal Ability to perform snow plowing/shoveling, and applying ice melt safely during winter seasons Strong understanding of safety protocols related to outdoor work environments Excellent teamwork skills combined with a proactive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and maintenance Join us in creating stunning outdoor spaces while enjoying a fast-paced environment that values your skills and enthusiasm.
