We are a professional landscaping and property maintenance company focused on delivering reliable, high-quality service to residential and investment properties throughout the Richmond area.

This role includes:

lawn maintenance property cleanups mulching trimming seasonal work and general outdoor property maintenance. Experience is helpful but not required for the right person. We are looking for someone with: a strong work ethic reliability positive attitude willingness to learn and the ability to work well with a team. Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general landscape maintenance Assist with mulch installs, cleanups, pruning, and seasonal property work Safely operate landscaping equipment and tools Maintain clean job sites and professional service standards Work efficiently with crew members and communicate clearly Help load/unload equipment and maintain organization of trucks/trailers Follow safety procedures and care for company equipment Qualifications Landscaping or outdoor labor experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license required Reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to lift equipment/materials and perform physical work Experience driving trucks/trailers is a plus Positive attitude and dependable attendance are extremely important What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Steady work opportunities Paid training Opportunity for growth and increased responsibility Professional and team-oriented work environment
