Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic seasonal Groundskeeper to join our team at Peters Creek Apartments in Roanoke, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to all aspects of grounds maintenance. This includes ensuring resident satisfaction and maintaining the physical condition of the property to the highest standards.
Your Responsibilities:
Maintain clean, safe, and debris-free community grounds, including addressing weather-related issues. Maintain curb appeal of the property. Painting as needed. Delivering notices to residents. Shoveling snow. May assist maintenance with various duties.. Complete other duties as assigned or requested.
