• 19/hour + (based on experience and knowledge)

What We're Looking For:

Hardworking, reliable team players who enjoy working outdoors A positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to follow project plans and stay on schedule Previous landscaping experience is a plus but not required

What You'll Do:

Work as part of a team to complete landscape projects with efficiency and quality Install plants, trees, sod, and drainage systems like a pro Handle mulch installation and shrub pruning with attention to detail Operate heavy equipment safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized work environment This isn't a job where you just show up and go through the motions—we need someone who works hard, pays attention to detail, and helps keep the team safe and productive. What You Need to

Bring:

A valid driver's license and a driving record that won't make our insurance company nervous The ability to pass a background check A willingness to take random drug screenings (we work with big equipment—safety first!)
