Landscape Laborer

Job Overview We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Landscape Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong desire to contribute to the beautification of various landscapes. This role involves performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, including lawn care, tree care, and groundskeeping. The Landscape Laborer will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure that all landscaping projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Duties Assist in tree care tasks such as planting, pruning, and removing trees as needed. Engage in landscape maintenance duties including mulching, and planting flowers or shrubs and sod installation. Operate irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns. Build and maintain garden beds, pathways, and other landscape features. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency on the job site. Collaborate with team members to complete landscaping projects within set timelines. Requirements Previous experience in landscape maintenance required. Knowledge of lawn care techniques, tree care practices, and general landscaping principles. Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and effectively. Excellent teamwork skills with a willingness to learn from others. Leadership qualities with the ability to supervise tasks when required. A valid driver's license will be required.
