Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, pruning, and planting to ensure healthy and attractive outdoor spaces Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment such as excavators safely and efficiently for landscape installation and repair projects Maintain lawns through aeration, fertilization, watering, and pest control to promote lush growth Install hardscape features like patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other construction elements with precision Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal to support healthy growth and safety Support gardening efforts by planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while adhering to horticultural best practices Perform routine landscape inspections to identify issues requiring maintenance or repair Maintain all tools and equipment in excellent condition for ongoing use Experience Proven experience in landscaping or horticulture with a strong understanding of lawn care, landscape maintenance, and garden management Mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as excavators is highly desirable Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming, pruning, planting, and removal techniques Excellent physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions Join us if you're passionate about creating beautiful outdoor environments!
