Backyard Lawn & Landscape is looking to employ this spring! We are looking for a hard-working, non-smoking, self motivated team member that has a clean driving record and great work ethic. • Starting pay is $19/hr + P4P
• P4P (Pay for Performance) program allows employees to earn bonuses on EVERY paycheck based on their efficiency

• At least two years of experience with landscaping
