We're looking for a Gardener to join our team in beautiful Quechee, working alongside our Head Gardener to help keep our stunning property looking its absolute best. If you enjoy getting your hands in the soil and seeing the results of your work bloom, this could be a perfect fit. In this role, you'll help care for the flowers, shrubs, and perennial beds across our golf courses and shared grounds—basically, you'll help bring the landscape to life. What you'll be doing: Planting, propagating, dividing, transplanting, and tending to a wide variety of flowers and plants Watering, weeding, fertilizing, and keeping everything healthy and thriving Assisting with garden installations, including shrubs, small trees, mulching, soil prep, bulbs, and more Working outdoors in a hands-on role that keeps every day a little different What we're looking for: Someone who enjoys physical, outdoor work and takes pride in a job well done A team player who maintains a professional and positive attitude Commitment to following club policies and representing the Quechee Club with care If you like fresh air, beautiful surroundings, and seeing your work grow (literally), this is a great opportunity to dig in.
