Not just someone looking for a trim job or seasonal work: someone curious, obsessive, thoughtful, and excited by the craft of growing exceptional cannabis. We are a licensed tier one outdoor cultivation operation with a focus on organic growing, living soil practices, plant health, genetics, and building something meaningful from the ground up. The right person could grow into much more than an employee role over time. You'll be working closely on all aspects of cultivation: propagation, irrigation, environmental management, pest prevention, harvesting, drying, and overall garden stewardship. We're especially interested in people who notice the small things — vigor, structure, deficiencies, terpene expression, timing, workflow improvements — and enjoy solving problems in real time. What You'll Be Doing Plant care across all growth stages Mixing soils, compost teas, amendments, and feeding schedules Irrigation, maintenance, and monitoring Pruning, training, trellising, transplanting, and canopy management Integrated pest management and preventative care Harvest, drying, curing, and post-harvest organization General farm and property upkeep Contributing ideas, systems, and improvements as the operation grows What We're Looking For Experience cultivating cannabis, vegetables, herbs, or specialty crops Strong observational skills and attention to detail Comfortable working independently and solving problems Interest in regenerative/sustainable growing methods is a plus Ability to work physically outdoors in varying conditions Someone dependable, calm under pressure, and genuinely passionate about cultivation Ideal Candidate Your interest lie in soil biology, genetics, lighting, irrigation, breeding, fermentation, or plant health. You may already grow at home. Maybe you've worked on a farm, in landscaping, horticulture, or another cultivation environment. Maybe you're looking for something bigger.
