This full-time seasonal role provides hands-on experience in a variety of landscaping tasks, making it a great opportunity to start or advance a career in the green industry. Responsibilities Plant, transplant, fertilize, water, prune, and weed flower beds and plant areas Maintain flowers, bushes, trees, and shrubs to promote healthy growth Propagate and plant bedding plants as needed Keep job sites clean and free of debris Assist with various landscape maintenance activities as required Operate hand and power tools, and transport materials and equipment when appropriate Ensure proper care and maintenance of equipment and supplies Promote workplace safety and follow environmental best practices Perform other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications Interest in horticulture, landscaping, or related fields Ability to work effectively as part of a team Willingness to learn and take direction Ability to use hand and power tools relevant to landscaping tasks Physical ability to lift and move objects weighing 25 lbs or more Attention to detail and a strong work ethic Ability to read and follow safety procedures Relevant or transferable experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Opportunities for training and skill development Potential for advancement within the company Benefits accrue with your time of service Work outdoors in a supportive and passionate team environment Offered compensation: $20/hr - $24.50/hr Experience and License Requirements Hand & Power Tool Competent (optional) Horticultural Maintenance (optional) Plant Identification (optional) Teamwork (optional) Valid Drivers License Working Outside Daily (optional) Expected hours: 40 per week
