Job Description
Position Overview We're looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing marina environment. This role combines custodial duties with basic landscaping to support daily operations and enhance the guest experience. Responsibilities Clean and maintain restrooms, docks, walkways, and common areas Perform general custodial tasks (sweeping, mopping, trash removal, surface sanitation, restocking supplies) Power wash docks, ramps, and marina equipment Inspect facilities for damage, hazards, or maintenance needs Perform routine landscaping (mowing, pruning, planting, weeding, watering) Maintain tools, equipment, and irrigation systems Assist with landscape improvements Complete basic reports and communicate issues with supervisors Provide friendly, helpful customer service to visitors Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Experience in custodial, landscaping, or maintenance work preferred Ability to operate power tools and equipment (power washer, landscape tools) Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing) Team-oriented with good time management skills Work Environment Outdoor and indoor work in varying weather conditions Physically active role supporting marina operations
