Job Description

Starting Pay:
$22/hr Base + Performance Bonuses + Paid time Off + Tips + Quarterly Profit Sharing. First year crew makes $24 - $28/hr.

Camano, WA We service local Stanwood-Camano community. Start your career with our fast growing landscape company. We are looking for a hard-working landscape and lawn care team member who wants to grow with our company and shows up to work everyday with a purpose. As a part of the Augusta Team you will feel a part of something bigger than just mowing grass... we are on a mission to create a team of professionals and change the landscape industry. We are part of Augusta Lawn Care with 200+ locations nationwide. Team members get support and training and a clear path to grow into a crew lead and a branch manager position with bigger pay and benefits. Hours:
Work starts at 7:30am ✅
Requirements:
A team player who shows up on time Follow directions and be eager to learn Follow safety standards Be kind & respectful to clients & co-workers Capable of hard/outdoor physical labor Experience in lawn care & landscaping is a plus Must have reliable transportation to get to work Own a smartphone Valid Driver's License & clean driving record Gardening skills, knowledge about plants is a plus Physically able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in variable conditions (Heat, Cold, Rain) Positions are subject to a post-offer background check
Our Process:

Pay:
$22.00 - $28.00 per hour
