We are looking for a hard-working grounds person who wants to build a career in the tree care industry. This is a physically demanding outdoor job . If you enjoy working hard, learning new skills, and being part of a tight crew, this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Drag and process brush Operate wood chipper Assist climber with rigging Maintain chainsaws and tools Keep job sites clean and safe Work outdoors in all weather Requirements Able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly Comfortable with physical outdoor work Reliable transportation Punctual and dependable Preferred but not required: Chainsaw experience Landscaping or construction experience Tree work experience What We Offer $18-$24 per hour depending on experience Paid training Opportunity to advance into climbing positions Work with a professional arborist crew Who This Job Is Perfect For Someone who: Likes working outdoors Takes pride in hard physical work Wants to learn the tree care trade Shows up on time and ready to go
