Seasonal Maintenance/Grounds Keeper

We're looking for two motivated, hands-on team members to join our Maintenance and Groundskeeping crew for the upcoming season. Position Summary:

As part of our Maintenance and Groundskeeping team, you'll be responsible for the general upkeep, repair, and beautification of our property and facilities. From fixing a leaky faucet to watering flowers, every day brings something new. You'll help ensure that everything is running smoothly and looking its best for our guests, tenants, and team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct routine inspections of buildings, facilities, systems, and outdoor areas to identify maintenance needs. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems. Complete basic carpentry tasks such as door and window repairs, painting, patching drywall, and replacing fixtures. Handle landscaping tasks like watering, weeding, and seasonal cleanup. Assist with cleaning and janitorial work, especially in high-traffic areas and common spaces. Monitor equipment and supplies; report or restock as needed. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tools and storage areas.

What We're Looking For:

Familiarity with multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting) is a big plus—but not required. Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills. Comfortable using hand and power tools safely and effectively. Able to lift up to 50 lbs, bend, squat, stand, and work outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Reliable, punctual, and self-directed.
