The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and a strong understanding of landscape maintenance and groundskeeping. This role involves using various tools and equipment to create and maintain beautiful landscapes, ensuring that properties are aesthetically pleasing and well-kept throughout the year. Duties Operate power tools and hand tools to perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, and planting. Build and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Conduct regular groundskeeping activities to ensure the cleanliness and appearance of outdoor spaces. Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on landscaping equipment. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for properties. Collaborate with team members to execute landscaping projects efficiently and effectively. Follow safety protocols while operating equipment and performing tasks in various weather conditions. Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred. Familiarity with operating power tools, hand tools, and landscaping machinery is essential. Knowledge of hardscape installation techniques is a plus. A strong mechanical aptitude will be beneficial for equipment maintenance tasks. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation to job sites.
