We are currently seeking dependable, motivated individuals to join our team in a full- or part-time capacity. Job Summary As a Lawn & Project Crew Member, you will work independently or as part of a small crew maintaining residential and commercial properties. This hands-on, outdoor position includes lawn care, bed maintenance, and project-based landscape work while meeting company quality and efficiency standards. Responsibilities & Duties Perform lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing Complete bed maintenance including pruning, hedging, weeding, and clean-up Assist with projects such as bark installation, planting, gravel spreading, and seasonal enhancements Follow procedures and direction from Crew Leads and Management Complete assigned tasks efficiently while meeting quality expectations Use appropriate tools and equipment for each job site Report equipment issues promptly to the Shop Manager Maintain a professional, team-oriented attitude Wear required uniforms and personal protective equipment at all times Assist with debris removal and end-of-day clean-up Qualifications & Skills Valid Washington State Driver's License preferred Clean, insurable driving record (MVR required if driving company vehicles) Ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
