The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a strong understanding of landscape maintenance, including both softscape and hardscape elements. This role involves performing various landscaping tasks to enhance the aesthetic appeal and health of outdoor spaces. The Landscape Technician will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure high-quality results in all landscaping projects. Responsibilities Mow, trim, and edge lawns, ensuring uniformity and neatness. Plant and care for trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation. Prune and trim plants, shrubs, and trees to maintain their health and appearance. Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to safety protocols. Install mulch, gravel, and other landscaping materials. Design and implement landscape improvements or modifications as required. Maintain and operate landscaping equipment and tools safely. Perform general yard maintenance, including clearing debris and managing waste. Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and provide updates on work progress. Operating 2023 work trucks, along with towing landscape trailers 2024 Exmark lawn mowers Experience Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and horticulture. Ability to operate and maintain landscaping tools and equipment. Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with an eye for design and aesthetics. Good communication and customer service skills. Ability to follow safety guidelines and handle hazardous materials. Prior landscaping experience of at least 2 years is required. Required Current drivers license and a copy of current driving abstract are required - NO
