LEAD GROUNDSMAN REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to follow instructions and complete the instructions given to you. Sometimes you will work with others, other times you will work alone so you must be a self starter and have the discipline needed to complete the job promptly and to excellent standards. We want every job site left cleaner than how we found it. Every time. Position Responsibilities >>>Lead and support ground crew operations on residential or commercial job sites >>>Maintain safe, clean, and organized work zones >>>Operate chainsaws, chippers, skid steers, and other equipment safely and efficiently >>>Manage rigging and assist climbers during removals and pruning >>>Ensure proper traffic control and job site safety >>>Oversee cleanup and leave every property in excellent condition >>>Perform basic equipment maintenance and daily inspections Give us a try...
