Landscape Gardener

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and energetic Landscape Gardener to join our team dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant, beautiful environments. In this role, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and enhancing landscapes through skilled horticultural practices and hands-on craftsmanship. The majority of the projects we maintain are also projects that we installed and we are looking for an individual that can help these gardens reach their full potential. Duties Perform landscape maintenance including, fine pruning, planting, and fertilizing to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Purchase and install plants for the landscape and container garden. Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for tasks such as edging, trimming, and planting Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to ensure safety and vitality Proven experience in landscaping, gardening, or horticulture with a strong understanding of plant care and landscape maintenance techniques Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, pruners) as well as power tools safely and effectively Strong understanding of tree care practices such as trimming, pruning, and health assessments Excellent physical stamina to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients on project specifications We value energetic individuals who thrive outdoors and are committed to creating stunning landscapes that inspire. Pay:

$28.00 - $32.00 per hour
