• Seasonal, Full-time, Contract About Us D & J Landscape is a growing landscaping company focused on high quality work, reliability, and building long term relationships with clients throughout the Spokane and Cheney area.

We specialize in residential and small commercial landscape projects including lawn care, cleanups, irrigation, rock installs, edging, pruning, retaining walls, planting, and outdoor transformations. We're looking for someone dependable, hardworking, and positive who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in creating clean, beautiful spaces. This is a great fit for someone who: Likes physical, hands on work Wants consistent outdoor work instead of sitting at a desk Enjoys learning landscaping and construction skills Works well with a small team Wants room to grow with a local business Responsibilities Depending on experience, responsibilities may include: Lawn mowing and trimming Spring and fall cleanups Weed control and bed maintenance Mulch, bark, and rock installation Edging and landscape prep Planting shrubs, flowers, and trees Irrigation/sprinkler assistance Retaining wall and paver labor assistance Loading/unloading materials and equipment Maintaining clean job sites Driving between job sites when needed Requirements Reliable transportation Valid driver's license preferred Able to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Comfortable working outdoors in heat, smoke, dust, and changing weather Punctual and dependable Strong work ethic and good attitude Ability to work independently and with a team Landscaping/construction experience is a plus, but willing to train the right person What We're Looking For We care more about attitude, reliability, and work ethic than years of experience.
