Landscaper/Groundskeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, dependable Landscaper to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, is willing to learn new skills, and takes pride in creating and maintaining attractive outdoor spaces. Prior landscaping experience is required. Key Responsibilities Mow lawns, edge, trim, and blow debris from walkways and landscaped areas Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and grass as directed Assist with mulching, weeding, pruning, and basic landscape maintenance Operate basic landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers (training provided) Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times Work as part of a team to complete jobs efficiently and on schedule Provide basic customer service and maintain professional behavior at job sites Qualifications Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Reliable transportation to and from work Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented attitude Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or outdoor labor Familiarity with basic lawn care tools Valid driver's license Physical Requirements Standing, walking, bending, and kneeling for extended periods Lifting, pushing, and pulling equipment and materials Working outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather conditions
