Additional benefits A generous PTO program A 401k plan with company matching funds Work location primarily in Amherst, WI You have the knowledge and ability to safely: Maintain and repair electrical appliances and heating systems Perform routine plumbing, carpentry, and painting Identify or seek-out preventative maintenance for equipment Perform property inspections and prepare for new tenants Maintain lawns using gas powered mowers and trimmers Remove snow and ice using snow plows, shovels and other hand tools Use stools, ladders and lifting devices properly Operate and use janitorial equipment and supplies Use various cleaning, sanitizing and other chemical compounds Availability for after-hours and weekend work as needed for emergency maintenance and snow removal.
