The work will be at times challenging and stressful. Heavy things will be moved and weather will happen. Through it all we strive to have a positive work environment, even when the going gets tough. Crew Members
  • Help maintain our clients landscape and outdoor living spaces, efficiently, effectively and professionally with a personal touch.
QUALIFICATIONS
Communicates well Safety conscious Can lift and move 50 lb safely and repeatedly Works efficiently Respectful of clients, coworkers, and equipment Capable of working on a team that is using equipment Flexibility Some positions will require ability to drive a company truck and trailer Reliable transportation to meet at shop (in Baraboo, WI)
SCHEDULE
Our season is usually from April to December, depending on weather. We work 40hrs a week. Monday through Thursday 10hr days unless there is a rain day that needs to be made up.
