Overview Join our dynamic landscaping team as a Lawn Maintenance Crew Member and become a vital part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! In this energetic role, you'll be responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscapes with precision and care. Whether you're trimming trees, mowing lawns, or operating power tools, your efforts will directly contribute to creating vibrant outdoor areas that clients love. Responsibilities Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to maintain high-quality landscapes. Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, and trimming trees and shrubs to ensure healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. • Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to keep landscapes properly watered. Support gardening activities such as planting, fertilizing, mulching, and soil preparation to enhance landscape vitality. Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and maintain property safety standards. Maintain the cleanliness of work areas and ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained for optimal performance. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and power equipment. Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly preferred. Familiarity with landscaping techniques including hardscape installation and horticulture practices. Ability to operate machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment is a plus. Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques. Strong understanding of irrigation systems, snow plowing procedures, and general maintenance tasks. Excellent physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
