We are committed to high quality work, attention to detail and great customer service. We are interested in hiring a Groundskeeper who will be able to provide professional landscaping services for our apartment homes on the Madison area. Job Description Groundskeeper (Full-time):
- Able to do general landscaping and gardening to maintain site
- Maintaining lawns, trees, flowers and shrubs
- Keep grounds free from trash, litter and debris
- Ensure that grounds a pleasant both visually and operatively at all times
- Potential for snow and ice removal from sidewalks
- Daily lawn care such as watering, raking and blowing leaves
- Must follow safety guidelines for the operation of equipment and chemicals Applicants must be:
- Timely, efficient and reliable
- Able to clearly communicate with supervisors
- Solid work ethic, honest and trustworthy
- Attention to detail, integrity and professionalism
- Able to work well independently and in a team environment
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
