Come join a crew that works hard and works well together. Position & Schedule We are hiring full-time or part-time Groundman / Equipment Operator for a production focused tree crew. This is a hands-on, outdoor field position with all aspects of tree work, from chipping brush to operating heavy equipment. Production-focused, fast-paced, and rewarding for candidates who take ownership of their work. This is not an entry

• level position. You'll handle ground operations, run the chipper, support the crew, and work around trucks and equipment daily. We move with purpose and keep jobs efficient. Responsibilities Hauling and chipping brush
• daily, all aspects of the job alongside the crew Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, stump grinders, and related tree care equipment Operate ASV loader / skid steer with grapple to feed chipper and move material Run ground operations on residential tree jobs Perform rigging and roping tasks as directed Ensure all equipment is available, fueled, and in proper working order before and during jobs Perform general mechanical maintenance on tools and equipment in the field Ensure jobs are started and completed on time and within budget Communicate professionally with clients and property owners on site Follow all safety procedures and training requirements•safety is non-negotiable All-hands-on-deck mindset•working together as a crew to get it done Required qualifications Reliable with a strong work ethic•can-do attitude, roll up your sleeves and get the job done Valid driver's license required Proficient with chainsaw operation and sharpening Proficient with rigging and roping Mechanical aptitude•ability to perform general field maintenance Experience in outdoor field work and job site environments Good communication skills with clients and coworkers Team player with ability to lead people and jobs when needed Preferred (but not required) Qualifications•Always Willing to Train the Right Person Commercial Driver's License (CDL) or ability to obtain is a plus Background in tree work, construction, equipment or trucking Pesticide applicator's license (for spraying and soil injections) Experience operating ASV loader / skid steer with grapple Crew or team lead experience in a field / labor setting What we offer $25•35/hr starting wage, commensurate with experience Performance bonuses Full-time or part-time scheduling based on availability and skill
