Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Crew Members to join our team. As a Crew Member, you will be working on a variety of outdoor projects from Hardscape installations, tree/shrub/perennial planting, mulch installation, Lawn seeding and many more. We also work in the off season(winter months) on Masonry stone(fireplace stone) installations. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Duties Perform a wide variety of Hardscape installations including Patios, steps, walls a sidewalks Perform a variety of Landscape installations including Lawn seeding, plant installation, mulch installation etc. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality results. Qualifications Previous experience in Landscape installations preferred but willing to train. Familiarity with hand tools and equipment used in gardening and groundskeeping is advantageous. Basic mechanical knowledge to assist with equipment maintenance is a plus. Ability to dig, lift, and perform physical tasks outdoors in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills within the landscaping field. Join us in creating beautiful outdoor spaces
