GN's stellar Grounds crew supports Clubhouse landscaping and agronomy of three award-winning, championship courses by Arnold Palmer, Gary Player and Lee Trevino. Typical hours:

5am-12pm (Monday-Thursday); 5am-9am (Friday-Sunday). Overtime is available. Seasonal benefits include free golf on GN's signature courses and one-acre putting course and driving range; 50% off resort dining; 25% off Pro Shop purchases; Friends & Family hotel overnight rates; 10% off kayak & paddleboard rentals on-property, and associate appreciation events & monthly golf outings. Daily pay is available through Dayforce Wallet. A valid driver's license is required for this job. Job Duties Maintain golf course turf, greens, tees, fairways, bunkers, and roughs Mow, trim, edge, and landscape designated golf course areas Rake and maintain sand bunkers and repair divots and ball marks Operate golf course maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, utility carts, and small machinery Assist with irrigation system monitoring, watering, and minor repairs Set up golf course features including tee markers, flags, cups, and signage Remove debris, leaves, branches, and trash from the course and surrounding areas Maintain landscaping around clubhouse, cart paths, and practice facilities Support course preparation for tournaments, outings, and special events Follow all safety procedures and properly maintain equipment and tools Assist with seasonal projects, snow removal, and general grounds maintenance as needed Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work outdoors for extended periods Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to work in varying weather and environmental conditions Ability to safely operate golf course maintenance equipment and tools Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday Ability to work early mornings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed Ability to traverse uneven terrain, hills, and outdoor surfaces Strong physical stamina and attention to detail in maintaining course conditions Mow, trim, edge, and landscape designated golf course areas Rake and maintain sand bunkers and repair divots and ball marks Operate golf course maintenance equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, utility carts, and small machinery Assist with irrigation system monitoring, watering, and minor repairs Set up golf course features including tee markers, flags, cups, and signage Remove debris, leaves, branches, and trash from the course and surrounding areas Maintain landscaping around clubhouse, cart paths, and practice facilities Support course preparation for tournaments, outings, and special events Follow all safety procedures and properly maintain equipment and tools Assist with seasonal projects, snow removal, and general grounds maintenance as needed
