Tree Care Helper (Stump Grinding Crew - Part-Time) Looking for reliable help a few times a month on Thursdays and Fridays assisting with stump grinding and related work. This position is open to both entry-level applicants and those with experience. If you're willing to work hard and learn, we're happy to train—but experience is a big plus. What you'll be doing: Assisting with stump grinding Hauling debris Raking and smoothing out job sites Working alongside a small, local crew

Pay:

$25-$30/hour depending on experience

Schedule & Growth:

Starts as a few days a month Can grow into a consistent Thursday/Friday position Opportunity to turn into a full-time role for the right person What we're looking for: Reliable and shows up on time Comfortable working outdoors Good attitude and ready to learn Valid driver's license and clean driving record Must have reliable transportation Able to pass a drug-free workplace policy Experience with raking and grading dirt or gravel is a plus Preferred experience (but not required): Operating a stump grinder Mini loader / mini skid steer operation Tree care experience Landscaping experience Tree planting experience Based in the Monona area — local, family-owned company.
