This position assists with the maintenance and upkeep of City buildings, parks, grounds, and public spaces.

Perform general cleaning, groundskeeping, gardening, and maintenance duties Assist with lawn care and snow removal Support facility and park rental/event setup needs Help maintain City buildings, parks, and public spaces Operate equipment and tools used in Public Works operations such as mowers, trimmers, snow blower, and power tools Please view the full job description for all job functions.

VIEW The typical work schedule is 40 hours a week, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (hours outside of normal schedule may vary based on seasonal response). Salary:

The 2026 hourly pay for this position is $20.00 / hour. This position is eligible for the annual COLA pending City Council approval.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent, Prior custodial, maintenance, landscaping, or grounds experience preferred, Valid driver's license required. Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to perform physical labor and operate equipment/tools safely.
