- Safety is our top priority. The successful candidate must follow all safety protocols, wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintain a strong commitment to working safely at all times while operating tools and equipment, and while working in an active boat yard setting
- Responsible for safe operation of all yard equipment such as Forklifts, Taylors, Transporters, Travelift, Tugger, ect. (Training will be provided)
- A valid drivers license is a MUST
- Ability to pass a drug test
- Assist with hauling and launching and moving boats and equipment around service and storage yard
- Ability to work dryrack (MKE ONLY) during the summer from May 15th-September 30th.
- Schedules may vary to account for weekend hours
- Extended hours during the launch/haul out season
- Assist with boat show prep, setup and tear down throughout the year but mainly in the winter months
- Work with the service department to assist on light service tasks when necessary
- Basic boat detailing and bottom painting may be required during the off season
- Basic boating skills and or the ability to learn is a MUST
- Assisting with hauling, moving, and blocking boats down
- Responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, organized and presentable service/storage yard
- Basic Building & Equipment Maintenance
- Other duties as assigned
