Summer Help - Property Maintenance & Lawn Care

Job Description:

We are seeking a dependable and motivated individual for a seasonal position assisting with maintenance and lawn care for residential rental properties. This role involves a variety of hands-on tasks and is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors and takes pride in maintaining clean, well-kept properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform lawn care duties including mowing and basic landscaping Paint exterior trim and complete minor touch-up projects Clean and clear gutters Power wash decks, siding, and other surfaces Assist with cleaning and preparing rental units Support general maintenance and repair projects Complete other manual labor tasks as needed

Qualifications:

Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard Reliable and able to work independently Comfortable performing physical labor and working outdoors Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Basic maintenance or handyman experience is a plus (not required)

Requirements:

Must be able to lift at least 40 lbs Must be comfortable getting hands dirty
