Overview Join our team as a Lawn Crew Lead and take charge of creating beautiful, well-maintained outdoor spaces! In this role, you will oversee daily lawn and landscape maintenance operations, supervise crew members, and ensure high-quality results. Your leadership will inspire teamwork, promote safety, and deliver exceptional outdoor environments for our clients. Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team to complete projects efficiently and to high standards Coordinate daily tasks such as mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, and any general landscape maintenance Oversee the proper use and maintenance of tools, machinery, and equipment used in landscape construction and maintenance Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with completed work Experience Proven lead experience in landscape maintenance or landscaping roles Strong background in lawn care Familiarity with landscape tools, machinery, and safety procedures Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively
