Duties Support landscape maintenance activities such as planting, mulching, pruning, and watering to promote healthy growth. Operate hand tools and power tools safely for tasks like digging, planting, and installing landscape features. Contribute to hardscape projects by preparing sites for paving, stonework, or other structural elements. Aid in tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments. Experience Basic mechanical knowledge or familiarity with hand tools and power tools is preferred. Prior experience or interest in lawn care, gardening, or landscape maintenance is advantageous. Knowledge of landscaping techniques such as planting, mulching, and hardscape installation is a plus. Ability to operate small machinery like excavators or other construction equipment is beneficial but not required. Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn new skills related to horticulture, tree care, or irrigation systems. Experience working outdoors in various weather conditions demonstrates resilience and adaptability. No prior experience necessary; training will be provided for all essential skills needed on the job!
