Landscaping and grounds technician

We also own much of the retail in downtown wausau and stevens point with tenants like Ciao and Lemongrass. You will be primarily in charge of landscaping and grounds work. You will have the ability to do some maintenance work as well and learn from our senior maintenance technicians. The right candidate will have the ability to grow with our company (even outside maintenance if you have the desire) and learn from our leadership team as we expand this concept to many other communities. Knowledge and Skills:

Exhibit good time management and organization skills Proficiency in a wide variety of general maintenance tasks, such as painting, basic carpentry, minor dry wall repair, installation of assorted fixtures, and electrical and plumbing repairs that do not require a license Demonstrate strong interpersonal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Outlook) Express compassion for teammates residents and guests on a consistent basis Passion for events, hospitality and community Thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining excellent attention to detail Strong communication, organization and project management skills A high level of integrity, perseverance and humility A passion for community and "member-first" customer service
