Up to $16.00 per hour , based on experience Groundskeeper - Full-Time Opportunity A well-established company is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain the appearance and safety of its property in Bridgeport, WV. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in maintaining beautiful grounds, and has experience with landscaping or general property maintenance. Responsibilities Mow, trim, and edge lawns Plant, weed, mulch, and maintain flower beds and landscaped areas Prune shrubs, bushes, and small trees Remove leaves, debris, and litter from the property Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other landscaping equipment Perform seasonal grounds maintenance, including snow and ice removal when needed Assist with minor exterior building and property maintenance Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Safely operate company vehicles as needed Follow all safety procedures and complete additional duties as assigned Qualifications Valid driver's license required Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, lawn care, or property maintenance experience preferred Ability to safely operate landscaping equipment and power tools Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physically demanding work Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable with strong attendance and a positive work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team What We Offer Starting pay up to $16.00 per hour Full-time, stable employment Monday-Friday schedule (with occasional overtime as needed) Opportunity for growth and advancement Supportive team environment If you enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining attractive, well-kept properties, we'd love to hear from you.
