Full Time Landscaper

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic Full Time Landscaper to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces through a variety of landscaping, lawn care, and horticultural tasks. Your expertise will help transform outdoor environments into vibrant, functional, and aesthetically pleasing landscapes. A passion for gardening, landscape maintenance, and construction is essential to thrive in this energetic environment. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, fertilizing, aerating, and weed control to ensure healthy and attractive turf areas Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements with precision and care Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery like excavators for planting, grading, or landscape installation projects Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth and safety Install irrigation systems and perform regular maintenance to ensure efficient water distribution Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep properties accessible and safe Support landscape construction projects by preparing sites, laying hardscape materials, and installing garden features Skills Minimum 2 years of landscaping experience Must be able to haul equipment and trailer Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
