Full-Time, Part-Time, Seasonal, or Year-Round We are a growing estate management company seeking experienced landscaping professionals and gardeners to join our team. We maintain and improve some of the Jackson's finest residential properties and are looking for individuals who take pride in quality work, professionalism, and attention to detail. We are hiring for two primary roles: Landscapers and Installation Crew Members Our ideal candidate has professional landscaping experience and can step into an active crew environment with minimal training. Candidates should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team while operating landscaping equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Crew lead opportunities for the right candidates.
What You'll Do:
Our teams perform everything from routine landscape maintenance to large-scale installation and improvement projects. Depending on your experience and qualifications, responsibilities may include: Lawn maintenance (mowing, mulching, weeding, pruning, planting, edging) Shrub and tree installation Sod and seed installation Irrigation repairs and installation Seasonal clean-ups (spring & fall) Basic grading and landscape prep work Light hardscape prep and support (paver base prep, gravel installation) Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides safely and responsibly Safely operate mowers, trimmers, blowers, hedge trimmers, and other gas-powered equipment Load/unload trucks and trailers and secure equipment per DOT regulations Operate company vehicles (¾-ton pickups and one-ton dump trucks) Communicate professionally with clients when needed Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
Preferred Experience:
Landscape maintenance New landscape and feature installation Irrigation installation and repair Tree and shrub planting and pruning Grading, drainage, and site preparation Operation of chainsaws, brush cutters, mowers, skid steers, mini excavators, and other landscape equipment Experience driving trucks and backing trailers Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly Professional communication skills (English required; Spanish is a plus) Valid Drivers License preferred (required for crew leads) Gardeners We are also seeking gardeners who have experience caring for ornamental landscapes, flower beds, shrubs, perennials, and high-end residential gardens. Strong plant knowledge, attention to detail, and pride in maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces are highly valued.
