The Role As a Landscaper, you will be part of a team ensuring all aspects of landscaping, irrigation, horticulture, and snow removal across the community and common property are maintained to Club standards. Key Responsibilities • Installation and maintenance of landscapes, irrigation systems, and seasonal plantings across homesites, clubhouse, lodge, equestrian barns, and golf course edges.• Manage horticulture and botany: tree, shrub, perennial care, pruning, pest/disease management.

Requirements:

Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Strong record-keeping skills:

maintenance logs, scheduling. Valid driver's license; on-call availability during snow season. Ability to work outdoors year-round in mountain conditions. Desirable Traits Landscape project planning and budgeting. Familiarity with HOA/ARB architectural and site guidelines.
