JOB TITLE

Housing Landscape and Maintenance

JOB PURPOSE

Summer position to provide lawn care, landscaping, and minor maintenance around apartments and residence halls.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Mowing & Trimming Watering; sprinkler repair Grounds cleanup; painting Minor maintenance around apartments Use of Utility vehicles

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

High School Diploma/GED Valid driver's license with a motor vehicle record (MVR) compliant with the Driving for University Business

SAP . DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Previous landscaping or lawn care experience, minor home repair maintenance

This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work and perform essential job functions on campus, understanding our location is at 7,220 feet above sea level.
