Seasonal Tree Care & Landscaping Crew Member TigerTree is looking for seasonal crew members to join our dynamic and skilled landscaping and tree care crews! In this role you'll be a crucial member of the team, gaining exposure to various aspects of tree care and landscaping. The ideal candidate for this position embraces outdoor activities in the beautiful surroundings of Wyoming. They should be enthusiastic about learning, adaptable, and have a positive attitude while collaborating with team members. We are seeking individuals who align well with our company culture and whom we can invest time, energy, and training into. This is an entry-level position, and while prior experience with tree removal, cutting, chipping, planting and landscaping is a plus, it is not mandatory. Duties and Responsibilities Operate fleet vehicles, equipment, and trailers safely and properly. Demonstrate elements of safe and productive chainsaw operations. Work with your crew leads and team members to build on fundamentals that serve you and your crew in the safe and productive operations of your given task. Remove cut materials and debris from property. Plant trees in a way that nurtures further growth and development. Serve the community as a steward between TigerTree and its prospective clients. Adopt a "leave it better than you found it" mindset on all job sites. Be a positive team member with strong communication skills and integrity. Qualifications Drivers License (Required) Personal cellular phone (Required) Clean driving record (Required) Benefits $17 An Hour Monday - Thursday Work Schedule, some Fridays Overtime Available Our Tree Worker Crew member position starts at $17 an hour. Our crews have a four day work week, from Monday to Thursday, with overtime available. Given the weather-dependent nature of our operations, flexibility is essential. Some travel outside of Wyoming will be required as we offer our tree care services to neighboring states. This position is seasonal, and typically will run until fall. However, exceptional employees may have the opportunity to transition into full-time positions within our company. Crew members and leads report directly to the Operations Manager.
