Full Time Lawn Technician

Who This Position Is For You're a strong fit if you: Own a dependable, insured truck or SUV capable of safely towing a 2,000 lb trailer. Have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Willing to pick up/ drop off trailer at our Eagle River storage location. Show up on time. Every time. Work hard without supervision. Take pride in efficiency and quality. Can handle physical labor and Alaska weather. Want performance-based pay and the ability to earn more by working smarter. Experience with lawn equipment is preferred, but we will train the right person with the right attitude. All new hires complete a 3-day (18-hour) paid training period before starting. You will need to commute to Wasilla/Palmer about 14 times during spring cleanups. This is not a "clock in and coast" job. You will work independently most days and are expected to manage your route like a professional. About the Role Servicing residential and commercial properties throughout Anchorage/E.R Primarily solo route work. Spring cleanups completed as a team (weekend availability required). Primarily push mow route with some zero turn use String trimming (weed eating) and blowing. Completing full route safely and efficiently. Using company routing app on provided iphone.

Compensation $18 - $30 per hour (performance-based) Bi-weekly direct deposit. 72.5 cents per mile federal reimbursement to cover fuel, and vehicle maintenance.
