The Opportunity We are looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Airbrush Spray Tan & Salt Room Technician to join our boutique wellness team in Daphne. Candidates must have prior professional spray tanning experience — we expect you to arrive confident behind the gun.

Halotherapy is a different story:

we provide full training on our salt room protocols, equipment, and session management, so no prior experience with halotherapy is needed. This role is for someone who: Has hands-on professional airbrush spray tanning experience Is warm, professional, and genuinely enjoys working with clients Takes pride in delivering a consistent, natural-looking result every time Is organized and comfortable managing room turnover and session timing Wants a flexible part-time position in a boutique wellness environment Compensation Compensation at a Glance $16.00/hr base — paid for all hours worked 10% retail commission — on retail products sold Membership commission — $3 (Ripple/Dip) or $5 (Splash/Dive) per new membership sold 100% of tips — always yours, never shared What You Will Do Airbrush Spray Tanning Consult with clients to select the right shade and finish for their skin tone and desired results Perform professional airbrush spray tan applications using our technique and equipment Educate clients on pre-tan preparation and post-tan aftercare for the best results Maintain a clean, organized, and properly ventilated tanning suite between appointments Salt Room Management Welcome clients into the salt room and ensure they are comfortable before each session Load the halogenerator and start each 45-minute halotherapy session Monitor session timing and prepare the room for the next group during the 15-minute turnover window Maintain cleanliness and proper sanitation of the salt room at all times Retail & Membership Sales Recommend appropriate tan maintenance and skincare products to clients — and earn 10% on every retail sale Introduce clients to our full service menu — sugaring, body wraps, and additional services Earn $3-$5 for every new Signature Membership you sell Studio Standards Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional environment throughout the studio Follow all sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards Support the guest services team during busy periods as needed Qualifications Prior professional airbrush spray tanning experience — required No license required — this is an unlicensed position in Alabama No prior halotherapy experience required — full salt room training provided Warm, professional, and client-focused demeanor Comfortable working independently and managing your own room and schedule Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Benefits 50% Off Services Spray tans, sugaring, salt sessions & body wraps 20% Retail Discount On all retail products Paid Birthday Off Your birthday is yours — paid day off for all employees Membership Commission $3-$5 for every new Signature Membership you sell Studio Holidays Closed Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Year's Day — unpaid for part-time No Non-Compete Your skills are yours — always Halotherapy Training Full training on salt room protocols and session management provided Boutique Environment A small, supportive wellness studio — not a franchise
