In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes through expert care and precise execution. Responsibilities Perform lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and fertilizing to ensure lush, well-manicured lawns. Maintain landscape features such as flower beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements with precision and care. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for pruning, planting, aerating, and other landscaping activities. Operate equipment such as excavators and snow plows during seasonal tasks or weather-related projects. Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote safety and growth. Assist with irrigation system installation, repair, and maintenance to ensure optimal water distribution. Support construction or renovation projects involving landscape installation or hardscape features like patios or walkways. Experience Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is highly preferred. Mechanical knowledge related to power tools, landscaping equipment, and small machinery is advantageous. Familiarity with horticulture principles and plant health management will help ensure quality results. Experience with tree trimming, snow plowing, or irrigation systems is a plus. Ability to operate landscaping machinery such as excavators or other construction equipment is desirable. Strong understanding of landscape design principles and hardscape installation techniques is beneficial. Excellent hand tool skills combined with safety awareness are essential for success in this role.
